If you cannot locate your Ticket ID:

  • Check your email inbox for the confirmation message sent when you submitted your ticket
  • Search for emails from itsupport@university.edu
  • Contact the IT Support Center at (555) 123-4567 during business hours
  • Visit the IT Support Office in person with your identification
